The Fuente Wellness Center (with La Clinica de La Raza) is now serving children and adolescents ages 3-24 years of age and they provide a variety of services! All services are provided at NO cost to patients. The wellness center is located on the second floor of the REACH Ashland Youth Center Located at: 16335 East 14th Street San Leandro, CA 94578
