Orientation Information

Registration & Data Confirmation opens on August 1st. If you are unable to log in to Aeries or complete data confirmation, please complete this Google Form (English) or Spanish Google Form. 

*Please note staff will not be able to assist with Data Confirmation until 8/10. We recommend resetting your password; Resetting your Aeries Password Instructions English, Spanish.

In-Person Activities - Thursday, August 10th 

Thursday, August 10th, we plan to facilitate a few in-person for our 6th Graders and new students.

6th Grade New Student Tours

9:00-9:45 New Student Orientation Group 1

10:00-10:45  New Student Orientation Group 2

  • While your student is on a tour, please join us for a family orientation.  

No Registration is required for in-person support

  • 9:00 - 11:30 Aeries Data Confirmation and Registration Support
    • Chromebooks will be available 
    • Bilingual support

All 7th Graders need their Tdap. If you are having issues uploading your Tdap record, please stop by between 9:00 - 11:30 to drop it off. 

 

 

Cellphone Policy

  • Phones are only allowed to be used during lunch, which is from 12:14-12:40.
  • Phones need to be turned off and stored in students’ backpacks.
  • Please do not text your student during the school day. Please call 510-317-3800 to get a message to your student. The only time students can reply is during lunch.

Attention 7th Grade Families

All incoming 7th graders will need to show proof that they have received a second varicella and T-DAP/DTP vaccinations (after their 7th birthday). For information on uploading documents to Aeries, please click here for English Instructions.

Season 1 Sports are fast approaching! All student athletes and families can find requirements here. Which includes completing an online Athletic Packet, Snap Manage Registration, as well as Sports Physical and Form.
