About Mr. Jimenez & FAQs
Hello!
As a product of SLZUSD and a former student of BMS, I am proud to serve my community as a teacher and coach! With 7 years of coaching and teaching experience, I aim to inspire the next generation toward achieving self-actualization in many aspects of their lives, both in and out of the classroom.
A few fun facts about me:
- I grew up as, and will always be, a proud Oakland Raiders fan.
- I was born and raised in the East Bay Area, and my family roots are from Jalisco, Mexico.
- My least favorite food is pineapple, and do not believe it belongs on pizza.

Please note that no student will fail PE for simply not being able to meet fitness requirements. The most successful PE student is one who demonstrates genuine effort and participation, and one who seeks out assistance when needed.
* Late work is not accepted after its due date unless the student has excused absences or listed accommodations. All work assigned is given ample time for submission.
* Make-up work can be provided upon request after excused absences. It is the student's responsibility to seek out make-up work.

All students are automatically added to their Google Classroom for PE. This is where Mr. Jimenez will give assignments and send out important information.
