Please complete the form below by 5/17/2024. Enrollment is limited. Notification will be sent home via Blackboard Connect message(email).

• Attendance is critical! Students who do not regularly attend will be dropped from summer school.
• Location -  All sessions will be held on-site at Bohannon Middle School - 800 Bockman Rd, San Lorenzo, CA 94580

The Summer program will use online learning and direct instruction from a credentialed teacher. Students will need access to Wi-Fi and a dedicated and reliable electronic device. Students who do not have Wi-Fi or a device will need to work with their site Principal to obtain loaners provided by the district.

Middle School Students will focus on math using an online learning platform. The program will allow each student to work on their needs as identified through a diagnostic assessment.

Students will be placed in cohorts.

• 5th Grade -  Two Cohorts of 25
• 6th Grade - Two Cohorts of 25
• 7th Grade - Two Cohorts of 25
• 8th Grade - Three Cohorts of 25

Eligibility: Only students currently enrolled in San Lorenzo Unified School District, in grades 5 - 8 for the 2022 school year, qualify for our middle school program.

Student Behavior

Summer school is an opportunity for enrichment. Students are expected to participate appropriately and follow the district's code of conduct rules.
