8th Grade Promotion Information

Ticket Information: All students will receive 4 tickets. We ask that ALL families register for promotion. If you do not need all 4 tickets, they will be added back to the pool. Families can request up to two additional tickets for a total of 6 tickets.

Students will receive their tickets during Promotion Practice on Monday, June 2nd. If you do not want your student to be responsible for their tickets, please call the main office or write a note on the 8th Grade permission slips. 

Important Dates

• Wednesday, May 7th, return both Permission Slip
• Students have already received this
• Thursday, May 22nd, Little Hills Field Trip: 8:15 am - buses will pick us up at 2:30. Depending on traffic, we will return by 3:15 pm. 
• Lunch will be provided. 
• Friday, May 30th, 8th Grade Dance; 5:00 - 7:00* 
• Monday, June 2nd Promotion, 2:00 pm 
• While Promotion is on Monday, June 2nd, we expect all students to continue attending school until Wednesday, June 4th.

Date: Monday, June 2nd

Time: 2:00 pm 

• Tickets are required to attend, and families will be guaranteed 4 tickets. 
• All families, regardless of Promotion attendance, need to complete this form. 
• Families can give back tickets if 4 are not needed
• Families can request more tickets. 
• Tickets will be redistributed based on how many tickets are still available. 

Rules, Guidelines, and Reminders

While we want everyone to participate, students will be required to adhere to school rules and appropriate behavior and dress in order to participate in these events.
