School Site Council - SSC

School Site Council (SSC)

 

A legally-required decision-making body composed of the principal, 3 teachers, 1 other school personnel, 1 student, and 4 parents or community members. Responsible for providing input on and approving the school plan in order to ensure Bohannon best meets the needs of the community. Meetings are always open to the public, and input from all in attendance are encouraged to provide input. Voting members are selected via nomination and voting.

 
Attending SSC is a perfect opportunity to learn about how our school is managed and how we spend some of our school funds.

Please vote for our new School Site Council member using this Google Form. The elected member will be notified by Wednesday, October 26th. There is currently 1 spot open for a family/community member.
