I have taught Science for the last 11 years. I love spending time with my family and friends.  On my free time, I enjoy taking day trips to the zoo or park with my sons, watching the San Francisco Giants and taking weekend trips to Disneyland.

College
"I began my college journey at College of San Mateo. I later graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors Degree in Health Education. After working as a bilingual aide for a few years, I decided to pursue my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Cal State East Bay.  In 2014, I continued to take Science courses at Cal State East Bay in order to earn a foundational science credential.

District Tools I Use

Attendance  
I take attendance using Aeries. You can stay on top of attendance through the Aeries Family Portal or Aeries App.

Report Cards 
I use Aeries to generate report cards. Families can view report cards through the Aeries Family Portal.

Gradebook 
I plan on using Aeries Gradebook so students and their parent-guardians can view grades through the Aeries Family Portal or Aeries App.

Google Classroom
I am using Google Classroom to post assignments, announcements and helpful links. You will also find a link to the agenda page in the stream of Google Classroom. The agenda page has a description on what we covered each day along with links to documents and slideshows. The graded work will be posted in Aeries. 

Office Hours
If students need to make-up work or retake a test, they can stop by my office hours on Thursdays from 2:40 P.M. - 3:10 P.M.
