IMPORTANT TRYOUT INFORMATION
2023-2024 Sports Seasons
In order to be cleared for participation by the Athletic Director student-athletes:
- MUST have submitted an online Athletic Packet through Snap Manage https://bohannonms.8to18.com/accounts/login
- MUST submit a current sports physical signed by your doctor (this can be uploaded)
- MUST have a minimum 2.0 GPA and NO F's in the previous marking period

Sports Physical/Medical Form:
- This is the form that the doctor will fill out and then you will need to upload (scan or take picture) it to your Family ID registration.
- Student athlete can also give a copy to Athletic Director.
